SwimCamp by SwimPath Terms and Conditions
Bookings
Price per booking is £69.99
All bookings can only be made once payment and a completed booking form have been received. Places are then given on a first come first serve basis.
Payment
All payments should be received at the time of booking.
Cancellations
We will only cancel a SwimCamp in exceptional circumstances. If this occurs a full refund or alternative dates will be offered.
Refunds
We can only offer a full refund if a notice of cancellation is received 7 days prior to the start of the SwimCamp. If a shorter notice than 7 days is received then no refund will be issued.
Timetables
Our Timetables may be subject to change.
Photographs/Videos
On the day Swimpath may want to take individual or group photos to use as promotional material on our website or social media sites. We do so in agreement with ASA good practice guide policy. By signing the booking form it is assumed permission is given for this to occur unless stated on the booking form or registration on the SwimCamp day.
Liability
Please make sure you have your name on all your items as we are not liable for any loss or damage to personal items that are brought onto site.
Data Protection
Your personal information will be held securely by SwimPath and used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will not distribute the information to any third parties. We may contact you with relevant opportunities and information which we think may interest you. Please inform us if you wish to opt out of our mail list at any stage.
Health and Fitness
By signing the form you have agreed that the swimmer is fit and able to take part in strenuous activity, if there is any medical issue that may prevent this SwimPath must be made aware.
Medical information
I give my permission for SwimPath to seek medical advice and/or treatment for the swimmer taking part if an emergency arises and in the event that I cannot be contacted. SwimPath is unable to administer any forms of medication during your time on a day camp.
