Kaden Edwards currently swims for City Of Cardiff Swimming Club and Swim Wales National Skills Squad. Kaden recently qualified to represent GB at the European Junior Championships 2022!
In November of the 2018/2019 season Kaden suffered a double break of the arm. He was told he would not be able to swim for up to 20 weeks but with determination and help from his club and the medical specialists, he came back to compete for his club in the National Arena League Finals just 14 weeks after the break. Since then Kaden has managed to collect 3 gold medals (400 IM, 400 free & 800 free) and 1 silver medal (200 free) in the 2019 Swim Wales Long Course Championships in April 2019.
This qualified Kaden for the 2019 British Summer Championships in those 4 events which he didn’t think was possible at the time of the injury.
Kaden recently represented GB at the European Junior Championships 2022 and qualified for the mens 400m IM final! Kaden Recently won the age group British Championships for 400m IM and won a bronze in the 200m IM!
